Located on approximately 75 acres at the northwest corner of Preston and Hedgcoxe in Plano’s Legacy Business Park, a Fortune 500 company hired GFF to design eight buildings comprising approximately 2.2 million square feet of office space and an 80,000 square foot conference center. This company is committed to creating an active workplace that continuously evolves and grows based on the latest resources and best practices. GFF has developed and coordinated an office space that culminates in a dynamic atmosphere, supporting the company’s global, diversified financial services. The design focuses on creating an environment that enhances the company’s team-oriented culture and supports efforts to attract and retain top talent. The office space emphasizes open layouts to enable a collaborative, teamwork approach, while also providing meeting rooms that accommodate various meeting styles. Breakout areas and enclosed touchdown spaces offer locations for informal meetings, fostering an environment conducive to both formal and casual interactions.
