As a Senior Interior Design Leader at GFF, Russell brings nearly two decades of expertise in shaping innovative workplace environments. Since joining the firm in 2006, he has established himself as a driving force in interior design, specializing in project management, technical coordination, and creative problem resolution. His portfolio spans an impressive range of projects—from corporate offices and retail spaces to fitness centers and comprehensive interior finish-outs. A third-generation Dallasite, Russell’s commitment to excellence extends beyond design through his volunteer teaching work with Aspire to Learn. His leadership style emphasizes hands-on involvement in business operations, resource management, and client relationships, while his background as an abstract artist infuses each project with a unique creative perspective.
