At GFF, interns aren’t just observers – they’re valued members of the team. Each summer, we welcome a select group of talented individuals to our offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin, where they gain hands-on experience contributing to some of our most impactful projects.
From the vibrant, entertainment-focused Victory Park in Dallas, to Fort Worth’s WestBend, where scenic trails lead to an array of exciting establishments, and the dynamic, eclectic energy of downtown Austin, our interns are immersed in environments that inspire creativity and collaboration.

What You’ll Do
- Work alongside seasoned professionals who will mentor and guide you every step of the way.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts, create construction documents, and prepare presentation materials for key stakeholders.
- Use industry-leading tools to produce renderings, diagrams, and other digital communication assets that tell compelling design stories.
- Experience the satisfaction of seeing your contributions make an impact on real-world projects.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for creating spaces that elevate human experiences and strengthen communities.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- The ability to actively listen, ask questions, and contribute ideas.
- Students currently pursuing a degree in architecture, interior design, or planning in the final years of their accredited program.
