We recognize the profound value of buildings as cultural resources, and we are dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic structures to ensure that they continue to embody the ideas, history, and culture they represent. Our adaptive reuse projects transform and revitalize underutilized buildings, supporting new uses and incorporating today’s technology while retaining those buildings’ essential character, as well as their embodied carbon. GFF’s preservation and adaptive reuse practice spans from transformative renovation to the restoration and preservation of City, State, and National Landmarks in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Our Projects have been honored with Preservation Achievement awards from Preservation Dallas, Historic Fort Worth, and Preservation Texas, reflecting our commitment to keeping history alive and vibrant for future generations.
