Project Brief

Located along West Seventh Street in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, Crescent Offices West introduces a new standard of office space to one of the city’s most dynamic urban neighborhoods. This eight-story, 170,000-square-foot Class AA office building is the next phase of Crescent Real Estate’s growing mixed-use development, which also includes a luxury hotel, wellness club, high-end residences, and the fully leased Crescent Offices East. Designed by GFF and currently under construction, the new building is poised to become a centerpiece of the area’s emerging business district.

JPMorgan Chase will anchor Crescent Offices West, more than doubling the size of its Fort Worth footprint and occupying three floors in a custom-designed workplace tailored for collaboration, hospitality, and client engagement. With walkable connections to the Cultural District’s museums, restaurants, and trails, the project offers tenants and visitors a setting that prioritizes experience alongside functionality.

In addition to premium office space, Crescent Offices West will feature two restaurants, a second-floor amenity deck and lounge pavilion, private terraces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and integrated parking for 350 vehicles. These offerings continue Crescent’s strategy of blending business, wellness, and lifestyle into a seamless, amenity-rich environment. As with earlier phases of the development, GFF’s design draws on the cultural and architectural context of the district while delivering a forward-looking workplace environment suited to the evolving needs of modern companies.
