Project Brief
Situated in the heart of Plano’s celebrated Legacy lifestyle corridor, The Kincaid at Legacy sets a new precedent in suburban high-rise living. At 280 feet, the 25-story tower is the tallest residential building in Plano and offers unprecedented views of the expansive North Texas landscape, from Downtown Dallas to Lake Lewisville and on a clear day all the way to Downtown Fort Worth. The project site is located at the southeast quadrant of Legacy and the Tollway and provides 300 luxury apartment units on a 2.5 acre site, over 50% of which is landscaped amenity space.
The Kincaid at Legacy hosts an elevated pool deck above a 6-story parking garage, pool courtyard at grade, dog park, outdoor grilling pavilions, private garages, and immediate adjacency to premier shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The project is a hybrid of Type IA construction in the garage and residential tower, adjoined to the east with slab on grade 5-story Type 3A wood frame construction.
