Project Brief

The 2615 Oak Lawn project is a design-centric redevelopment aimed at transforming a key Oak Lawn intersection in Dallas. Led by developer the Halperin Family, the plan replaces an existing strip mall with a 24-story mixed-use tower, carefully integrating classic and modern architectural elements. Design priorities emphasize enhancing walkability and creating a pedestrian-friendly environment. The development features upscale restaurants with rooftop terraces, activated retail spaces, and significant landscaping improvements. The design team, led by GFF, has prioritized community integration and worked closely with the Oak Lawn Committee. The project awaits city approvals.
