A building that blends modern office needs with classic architectural elements
Project Brief
Billingsley Company hired GFF to design a 250,000 SF multi-tenant office building as Phase 2 of the north section master plan at the International Business Park campus in Plano, Texas. The 5-story curtain wall and painted tilt-wall structure incorporates the architectural character of the adjacent Phase 1 office building; and adds unique features such as planted terraces at the upper levels to enhance tenant experience and further elevate the traditional aesthetic of a value office building.
The GFF designed lobby features inviting light filled spaces with artistic flourishes and a blend of natural materials that bring the outside in.
