Lantana Ridge Office Buildings

Lantana Ridge is a 175,000 SF corporate office campus developed by Lincoln Property Company on Southwest Parkway among the cedar and live oak studded hills on the western edge of Austin. The linked, three-story office buildings are positioned parallel with a ridgeline forming a visitor motor court on the uphill entry side and with covered parking tucked beneath the buildings on the downhill side. The client’s goal to position this project as a hybrid between “Class A” and “Value” office price points proved to be prescient, as YETI Coolers came forward early and leased the entire project. The skin is designed of architectural tilt-up concrete panels with modest amounts of curtainwall in key locations. At the junction between the two buildings is an amenity terrace with a fireplace, shade structure and spectacular views. Additional outdoor project amenities befitting the YETI culture include a rooftop terrace with spectacular views, a sport court, jogging trail and archery range. Construction is underway by DCA Construction for a spring 2017 YETI occupancy.
