The Carlisle on the Creek tower is a historically significant entitlement achievement, increasing the allowed height from just 36’ to 360’. The compelling design of the project won significant support from the neighbors that live closest to the site, and we were able to overcome significant opposition from neighbors that live over 500’ away in a condo tower that will have modestly impacted views when this project is built.

GFF is currently developing the design drawings for this project and Lang Partners anticipates breaking ground on the site in 2026. The tower will be 585,000 gross square feet and 450,000 net rentable square feet with 326 units at a 1,380 square foot average size.
