Asana Partners – Deep Ellum

Our designs for Asana’s Deep Ellum interventions support a walkable and dynamic district without erasing grit and identity

Project Brief

Asana Partners is collaborating with GFF and Land Design to transform and repurpose several key properties along Main Street in the Deep Ellum district of Dallas into a vibrant retail and restaurant development.  The building improvements add texture, scale, and depth to buildings that were previously background utilitarian structures. Renovations include added storefronts, canopies, and lighting to open the buildings and provide more of a connection to new exterior functional spaces and to the street.  Other interventions include outdoor decorative and specialty lighting, signage and graphics, landscaping, seating, and site features such as canopies and shade structures.  These improvements create comfortable places for people between the buildings while maintaining the eclectic style and feel of the Deep Ellum neighborhood.
