Since joining the firm in 2011, his rapid advancement—from Associate Principal to his current position as Principal—has been complemented by his vital contributions to the GFF Management Committee. With a deep understanding of local zoning laws, building codes, and urban planning processes, he skillfully guides complex projects from concept through completion. Beyond managing high-profile mixed-use and multifamily projects, Jim is committed to recruiting emerging talent and actively contributes to industry and academic boards. His unconventional beginnings as a trained pastry chef add a unique creative perspective to his approach, reinforcing his commitment to changing the world through transformative design.
