Park Place Motors – Lexus of Grapevine

Park Place Lexus of Grapevine opened its doors in 1999 and in 2011 began a series of functional and aesthetic upgrades to expand service operations and comply with updated Lexus corporate identity standards. The exterior of the building is now clad in a distinctive ACM panel system and the service drive was expanded to facilitate the increased customer base of this long operating facility. On the interior, the existing customer lounges were upgraded and the service advisor area was redesigned to allow for increased glazing and visibility into the service drive. In addition to interior and exterior upgrades, 11,000 SF of service garage space was added to expand the service operation to 67 stalls. These modifications to the building were closely coordinated with the owner and general contractor to minimize disruption of the dealership (which remained open throughout the construction process).
