Plano, Texas
Our client purchased 90 acres of commercially zoned land in Plano which had been challenged by difficult access and dimensions too deep for full retail use. The master plan introduced new roadway access into Legacy Business Park to the south, and suggested higher density multi-family, senior housing, medical office and hotel uses to infill those parts of the property impractical for retail.
The new street system meets at a roundabout in the mixed use zone of the property and facilitates convenient pedestrian friendly access between the components of the development.
The shopping center to be built at Phase One totals 450,000SF of retail and restaurant space on 80 acres, anchored by Market Street, Michaels, HomeGoods and Ipic Entertainment.
