Lance brings four decades of practical experience to his role as Senior Design Leader at GFF. Joining GFF in 2004 as an Associate Principal, he excels at orchestrating complex multi-use projects through a collaborative approach. His career began in Boston, where he honed his skills before relocating to Dallas in 1989. Notably, his work on the 2615 Oak Lawn project reflects his ability to transform challenging sites into dynamic, functional spaces. Lance’s focus on translating client aspirations into innovative, efficient design solutions continues to drive his passion for architecture and design.
