Gavin brings a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to his role as Planning Leader at GFF, specializing in mixed-use commercial development and master planning. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has established himself as a key figure in navigating complex site planning challenges and zoning requirements across diverse project types. His expertise spans from initial concept design through construction, with particular emphasis on creating cohesive, sustainable urban environments. Gavin’s work is informed by his deep understanding of urban studies and architectural principles, enabling him to deliver innovative solutions for clients while maintaining practical feasibility. Outside the office, he contributes to the architectural community through his involvement with the Dallas Architecture Forum and serves as a bassist at Wood Street Worship.
