Project Brief
Constructed in the heart of the Victory entertainment district, The Ascent is Greystar’s 23-story, 300-unit, entrée into the luxury high-rise residential market in Dallas. GFF was tasked by this sophisticated client to create a warmer “Texan” aesthetic to respond to this unique site at an urban scale. The development includes ground floor restaurant space just off the American Airlines Center plaza and activates the street for pre-game and post-game fare. An amenity level on the sixth floor incorporates a pool cantilevered over North Houston Street. A rooftop fitness studio and patio area provides views toward the Downtown skyline, Uptown and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.
