Project Brief
When AG Hill Partners chose the historic Highland Park Village for their new family offices, they turned to GFF Interiors to create an upscale office space that aligns with the unique Mediterranean Spanish-style of the existing shopping development. This 28,000 square foot second-level space exudes elegance and quality, utilizing limestone floors, fumed oak woodwork, and steel window frames that integrate seamlessly with the materiality and character of the 1949 building.
A dedicated first-floor entrance leads to a vast second-level lobby and community lounge, with natural light cascading down from large skylights above. This rich sequence of gathering spaces, luxurious offices, and refined conference rooms showcases the family’s legacy and dedication to their companies, clients, and the surrounding community. The project was executed in collaboration with Emily Summers Design Associates, ensuring a harmonious blend of modern luxury with historical significance.
