K-12 & Higher Education Studio

Shayan Baradaran brings a deep passion for sustainability and a dedication to creating meaningful spaces in his role at GFF. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Interdisciplinary Perspectives on the Environment, Shayan also holds associate degrees in Pre-Architecture and Construction Management from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City. His career spans a wide range of projects, including hospitals, restaurants, classrooms, offices, student housing, and civic buildings like police and fire departments.

As a LEED Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design and Construction, Shayan focuses on environmentally friendly solutions that align with client goals and project budgets. Currently, his work is centered on K-12 and Higher Education projects, where he seeks to create designs that foster better learning environments and stronger community connections. For Shayan, architecture is about more than just the finished product—it’s about happy clients, impactful designs, and improving the places where people live, learn, and connect.

Born in Tehran, Iran, Shayan moved to Oklahoma for high school and university before making his home in Dallas, Texas. He currently resides in the Lake Highlands neighborhood, where he continues to pursue his passion and serve communities all around the state of Texas.
