Park Place – Mercedes-Benz of Arlington

Luxury car dealer Park Place Motorcars built a Mercedes-Benz dealership along Interstate 20 in east Arlington, with an anticipated opening in summer 2015. The dealership is a two-story, 91,000-square-foot facility on 15.6 acres at 4201 Beltway Place, on the south side of I-20 between Collins Street and Matlock Road. This is Park Place’s fourth collaboration with Good Fulton & Farrell Architects on a Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Metroplex. The company also sells Mercedes-Benz from showrooms in Fort Worth, Dallas and Grapevine. The Arlington location features a showroom that can accommodate up to 16 vehicles and the new car delivery area is outfitted to handle four vehicles at a time. The shop has 35 service bays and 10 make-ready bays. The facility also handles sales and service for Sprinter vans, a light commercial series. This is a LEED Certified Project.
