Harvest Lofts

Blending historic character with contemporary urban living in the Dallas Farmers Market district

Project Brief

Harvest Lofts, located in the heart of the Dallas Farmers Market, is a new mixed-use building designed to attract both local residents and tourists seeking an authentic Dallas experience. As part of a master plan redevelopment, this building includes 17,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space alongside 240 residential units, all within a pedestrian-oriented setting. Designed as a place where history intersects with modernity, Harvest Lofts offers a unique opportunity to live and work downtown. The project features a public parking garage with 300 spaces to accommodate the parking needs of the Farmers Market. The residential portion of the project was financed through a HUD 221(d)4 loan. The design addresses the need for a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly environment that seamlessly blends historic charm with modern living. By integrating retail, dining, and residential spaces, Harvest Lofts enhances the urban experience and supports the revitalization of the Dallas Farmers Market area. The thoughtful design fosters a dynamic community atmosphere, making it a desirable destination for both living and leisure.
