Project Brief

GFF has transformed a corporate headquarters in Plano, TX, from a single-tenant, branded building into a vibrant, multi-tenant campus. The redesign features a sleek new exterior, outdoor spaces equipped for relaxation and recreation, and a dynamic café with an integrated conference center. A modern fitness center and a thoughtfully reduced lobby enhance tenant visibility, offering a contemporary, welcoming atmosphere. The building’s original curves have been replaced with a bold, modern form that respects the existing architecture. Spanning 258,000 SF, the project required creative solutions to integrate amenities and maximize leasable space on the ground floor. Key design elements, such as a new monumental stair and curtain wall entry, serve as focal points within the building. The glass-clad fitness center energizes the lobby, transmitting its vibrancy to adjacent spaces. General upgrades throughout the building, including bathrooms and additional entries for each wing, create a cohesive and elevated design, offering tenants a blank slate. The surrounding landscape extends the experience, with spaces for activities like pickleball or outdoor meetings, turning the campus into a true oasis.
