Nardine Mansi has over 24 years of professional experience in the design and construction of residential, institutional, educational, retail and healthcare for an array of federal, state, and private sector projects.
She has participated as a project manager in several projects that were recognized by regional organizations. She participated in a wide array of health projects including design development, construction documents, and construction administration of four Linear Accelerators in Shreveport (LA), Lafayette (LA), and Natchez (MS), as well as intensive care units and cardiac catheterization laboratories. She participated as a project architect in several schools, and retail projects.
Nardine was a key member in the design team for the Community Renewal Building in Shreveport. This ambitious project, which is planned to be LEED-Platinum and net-zero office building and community center.
Her focus has now turned to corporate retail projects in shopping centers across the nation, including Texas, Colorado, Delaware, California, Massachusetts, Iowa, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
