(Allow Us To Reintroduce Ourselves)
We are excited to start 2024 with a new logo, inspired by our new headquarters in the heart of the vibrant Victory Park neighborhood of Dallas. This transition is more than just a change of logo and address; it is an improved reflection of who we are and where we want to go as an industry-leading, design-focused firm.
Relocating our Dallas headquarters to 3030 Nowitzki Way is an important step forward in our vision for further growth, expanding opportunities for our talented team. Following the recent relocations and expansions of both our Austin and Fort Worth offices, our Dallas office move reflects our enduring firm-wide commitment to contribute to the vibrancy of the cities where we work, weaving together our identity with those of the neighborhoods we help to shape.
Since our founding in 1982, our firm has had an unwavering commitment to our clients and to enhancing the cities in which we work and live. As Good Fulton & Farrell, we earned a reputation for innovative service, creative placemaking, and active community involvement. In 2015, we simplified our name to “GFF” as we started the transition to a new era of leadership, and in 2024, the evolution continues.
As we bid farewell to 2808 Fairmount Street, we see our future in a new light. Including the word “design” in our new logo reflects our commitment to the heart of what we do, across all the design services that we offer to our clients. Our new home and logo are more than just visual transformations; they reflect the seamless integration of our teams and the shared vision among our Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Planners that the future of our firm is brighter than ever.
Join us as we debut our new home in Victory Park, a place where the spirit of celebration is in its very name.

“The walkability of Victory Park was particularly appealing to us, offering direct access to mass transit options via DART and the TRE within a block of the south end of the Katy Trail, providing our team with sustainable and healthy commute alternatives. When we learned that Asana Partners planned to enhance the provided on-site office amenities, including workout facilities, a bike room, and showers for our team, it solidified our conviction that 3030 Nowitzki Way is the ideal next-gen office location for GFF.”

The Big Idea
At GFF, we strive to create spaces that enhance the human experience. Our new office design embodies this conviction, reimagining how we work in a space that draws inspiration from its unique location and the DNA of our firm. The move to Victory Plaza offers us the opportunity for reflection on the firm we have been as we cultivate a more collaborative mindset.
The energy of Victory Plaza is a perfect match for our growing firm. We carefully considered the space we were moving into, aiming to be good stewards of the existing improvements while reinterpreting it into a fitting representation of our firm. Beginning with an examination of the cityscape that shaped our pebble-like building footprint, our design decisions reflect that context throughout the interior, with each gesture drawing inspiration from the building itself.
Guests visiting our office arrive on the same floor as our employees. Immediately visible is a central grand staircase, leading to an upper-floor suite filled with presentation and meeting spaces, wrapped with a lounge providing visibility to our collaborative practice at work. A surrounding plinth of walnut millwork contains a biophilic indoor landscape, offering an alternative environment for those seeking respite.
Each GFF practice group seamlessly blends into the next, serving as a constant reminder to our guests, clients, and staff of the distinctive integrated expertise we strive for.
A wide variety of space types is positioned around the office to accommodate our diverse staff, encompassing differing work styles and personality types. Open, closed, quiet, social, scheduled, or impromptu—the varied workspace options enable us to choose the best fit for each task, maintaining flexibility that keeps us nimble and on-point. Our commitment to an elevated and integrated presence underscores our dedication to daily inspiration, enhancing the experiences of both clients and the members of our firm.
“Designing our new offices in Victory Plaza presented us with the opportunity to reflect on the firm we have been while reimagining how our four design disciplines collaborate in the future. We anticipate the light, open environment of the new office with its varied workspace options and sinuous spatial relationships will inspire both our clients and members of our firm alike.”
