The way we approach mixed-use and multifamily design is grounded in the belief that quality housing has the power to positively impact lives and communities. We take the responsibility of designing residential projects seriously, and love collaborating with clients that share a desire to develop communities of lasting quality and appreciate the enduring value of great design.

We recognize that our projects are integral parts of the neighborhoods they inhabit and foster a sense of place and belonging through thoughtful design. Our housing work frequently results in projects that achieve the highest rents, least turnover, and record setting return on investment for our clients. We hope that every resident of a GFF designed community reflects fondly on their time spent living in the sustainable buildings we create together, and we aren’t shy about asking residents of communities that we have designed for feedback on how we did.
