Good Shepherd Episcopal Church & School – Center for Creative Learning

GFF collaborated with Good Shepherd Episcopal School in Dallas to create the Center for Creative Learning, an 18,000-square-foot addition that seamlessly links the existing middle and lower schools, providing covered access for students and staff and unifying the campus. The design features distinctive curved wood panels on a cylindrically shaped entry, marking a new front door and creating a sense of arrival. These warm wood tones are carried throughout the campus, fostering a cohesive aesthetic.

The first floor of the addition houses a new library and learning center, while the second floor provides much-needed space for classrooms, science, and computer labs. This project achieved LEED Gold Certification, underscoring the commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. The new facilities enhance the educational environment by offering state-of-the-art resources and fostering a cohesive campus community.
