AvreaFoster

A 13,000-square-foot open office designed to foster creativity and collaboration

Project Brief

AvreaFoster, a branding and advertising firm, relocated to Ross Tower to accommodate their growing agency. With sweeping views of downtown Dallas, the design of their new 13,000 square foot space was driven by the desire to create an open office environment that fosters collaboration and creativity. An 11-foot wide sliding glass entry door creates a sense of openness, welcoming visitors from the elevator lobby. The full-height marble wall behind the white quartz reception desk provides a focal point and a sense of movement in the crisp, minimalist lobby. The heart of the office, inspired by the firm’s frequent social gatherings, features a floor-to-ceiling glass conference room and social lounge overlooking the lobby. GFF Interiors leveraged the building’s challenging saw-tooth facade by keeping perimeter spaces transparent to maximize city views and optimize daylight. Full glass office and conference room fronts enhance communication between employees. GFF Interiors transformed AvreaFoster’s workspace standards to provide a collaborative environment that complements the creative agency’s work style.
