As Managing Director of Fort Worth and Denver, Aaron brings a portfolio built over 25 years across New York, California, Texas, and Colorado. Practicing since 1997, he has worked on projects ranging from high-rise office buildings to museum-quality residences and mixed-use/multifamily developments. His early career was shaped by a Professional Residency Program at the University of Texas that landed him significant industry roles. Known for strategic thinking and his ability to align people, systems, and resources, he has elevated diverse projects including civic, build-to-suit office, adaptive reuse, and furniture design initiatives. As a formally trained performance coach, he applies an entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mindset to help teams achieve measurable results while developing talent and shaping a scalable future.
