The Vickery Opens First Phase in Fort Worth’s Near Southside

What They Are Saying

In an article from the Dallas Business Journal titled “Trademark opens part of $82 million Vickery development” by Seth Bodine, Trademark Property Co. announced the opening of the first phase of The Vickery, a mixed-use residential development designed by GFF. Located in Fort Worth’s Near Southside, the $82 million project includes 307 apartments, 14 townhomes, and a standalone 5,300-square-foot restaurant building featuring a second-story cocktail lounge.

Developed by Trademark with GFF as architect, The Vickery brings new residential density, retail, and hospitality offerings to a rapidly growing neighborhood. Amenities include a public green space with pickleball courts, a dog park, coworking areas, electric vehicle charging, and a rooftop lounge with views of downtown Fort Worth. The first 45 units have opened, with additional units coming online as construction progresses toward full completion in early 2026.

Trademark’s Chad Colley called the milestone a significant achievement amid a challenging development climate. The company is also advancing the nearby Westbend Residences, adding to its growing portfolio of walkable, mixed-use projects that integrate living, dining, and entertainment experiences across Fort Worth.

Chad Colley, multifamily and mixed-use partner at Trademark, said The Vickery is opening in phases as construction continues and is expected to be finished in the beginning of 2026.
