Located at the bustling corner of Akard and Cedar Springs, this sophisticated mixed-use project stands as a landmark in Uptown Dallas. Developed in partnership between Granite Properties and Gables Residential, this project integrates seamlessly into the vibrant urban fabric, situated just two blocks from both Victory Park and the Arts District. The office tower, notable for being the first LEED-certified high-rise office building in Dallas, achieved LEED Gold Certification.
