She specializes in developing scalable people practices that support multidisciplinary teams, align business objectives with firm culture, and cultivate leadership across all offices.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas and her Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler. Lori holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and brings over two decades of professional experience in strategic human resource management.
