The Dallas Morning News reports that the highly anticipated 161,000-square-foot mixed-use development along Henderson Avenue has secured several high-profile tenants, including multiple retail concepts making their debut in Texas and the United States. Spanning a quarter-mile stretch between Glencoe Street and McMillan Avenue, the project features a carefully balanced program of 75,000 square feet of retail, 12,000 square feet of restaurant space, and 74,000 square feet of office space. GFF provided the architecture and design for the project, which remains on track for completion in late 2026.
The premier retail lineup introduces international brands such as Alberta Boot Co. and Cody & Sioux in their first U.S. brick-and-mortar locations, alongside Texas debuts for contemporary fashion labels Cami and Guizio, luxury footwear brand Margaux, and fine jewelry house Jean Dousset. These new additions will join recently opened destination spots on the corridor, including fashion retailer Rag & Bone and the popular ice cream shop Salt & Straw. By moving away from a uniform commercial look in favor of distinct architectural identities for the buildings, the master plan GFF created has successfully generated significant interest from culturally relevant global brands looking to establish a unique foothold in North Texas.
