What They Are Saying

The 2026 D CEO Commercial Real Estate Awards have officially been announced, recognizing 119 projects, transactions, and industry leaders that are shaping the North Texas landscape. This year’s awards highlighted significant milestones in urban development, with two GFF projects earning top accolades for their contribution to the region’s growing density and workplace standards.

The revitalization of Mockingbird Station was named “Best New Multifamily (Urban)” for its successful transformation of 16 acres of underutilized land into a high-density, transit-oriented community. Additionally, The Crescent Offices in Fort Worth took home the award for “Best New Office Project,” recognized for setting a new standard for next-generation workplace environments. These wins underscore the firm’s role in delivering high-impact architecture that bridges the gap between urban connectivity and high-end professional needs.
