Fort Worth, Texas
Fort Worth’s North Patrol Division Police Substation is located in the rapidly growing Alliance/Heritage residential neighborhood, a region known for its dynamic development and strategic planning. GFF provided architectural and landscape design services for the 23,000 square foot station as part of a unique single-source approach chosen by the City for this project. This approach ensured a cohesive and efficient design and construction process. GFF assembled the entire delivery team, which included Roth Shepherd Architects for programming, Westbrook Companies for land search and acquisition services, and FPI Builders as the General Contractor.
The Alliance area, with its proximity to Alliance Airport and significant commercial and residential growth, has become a pivotal location for such developments. The substation’s design emphasizes functionality and community integration, aligning with the region’s focus on sustainable and planned growth. The substation contributes to the neighborhood’s infrastructure, supporting the increasing population and enhancing public safety services.
By incorporating advanced design principles and focusing on accessibility and community needs, the North Patrol Division Police Substation exemplifies modern public building design, fitting seamlessly into the vibrant and expanding landscape of North Fort Worth
