Our goal in campus planning is to create spaces that are well-organized and give a sense of place and identity to the institutions we work for. We see a campus as a unique type of city that needs spatial hierarchy, natural features and green space, and useful public spaces for students to gather and learn. We carefully consider the architecture and landscaping of the spaces to make sure the campus is cohesive, functional, and environmentally friendly. We believe that accessibility, beauty, and order have a special influence on a student’s ability to learn.
We have been working in campus planning for many years and have created master plans for some of Texas’ most well-known colleges and universities. We have also been hired to plan campuses for prestigious secondary schools. Our commitment to institutional goals and passion for design excellence often leads to repeat assignments from the same institutions. Following the creation of successful campus master plans, we often work closely with our firm’s Architects and Interior Designers to create memorable buildings for higher education and K-12 schools.
