The 43,000 SF Mercedes-Benz dealership anchors the site with a centrally located, stainless steel entry while the 23,000 SF Porsche facility occupies the site’s Downtown corner. New car inventory and service for both dealerships are housed in a multi-story garage facility behind the showroom building. Sweeping curves of metal, plaster and wood are found through-out the building’s exterior and interior. The Mercedes-Benz showroom interior design appropriately utilizes textures of fine leather and smooth wood with metal accents. Lifestyle-driven accommodations include walls of flat screen televisions, an espresso bar, children’s entertainment room and wireless internet connections throughout. The Porsche component focuses on the intricacies of the car as a machine and the lifestyle of those who drive them.
