Kent Pontious is an Associate with GFF, Inc

Mr. Pontious has over 20 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry, devoting the past 13 years to civic and municipal projects. From initial client contact through the final stages of construction, Kent has experience in managing all aspects of a project. With degrees in both Architecture and Construction from Texas A&M University, he has a reputation for well thought out and well documented drawings that are not only complete, but have resulted in extremely low change order instances. He has worked for a general contractor, a design-build firm, as well as traditional architecture firms giving him unique insight and understanding of the total design and construction business.

As a LEED Accredited Professional for more than 12 years, Kent has successfully certified 8 Civic and Municipal projects acting as the LEED Administrator. All of his projects have exceeded the LEED Certification goal level most significant additional cost.
