Dallas, Texas / Collaboration with Keating Architecture
This 30-story luxury residential tower, developed by Crescent Real Estate, is situated in the heart of Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood, just a block away from the iconic Crescent multi-use development and is directly next to GFF’s 23Springs office high-rise project. The tower is set to define a new level of rental standards and contribute to the Dallas skyline.
2811 Maple stands on a two-story masonry base that houses the lobby, amenity spaces, and valet parking, with access to a five-level underground residential parking garage. Above this base, an outdoor pool deck and adjacent amenity spaces offer a luxurious retreat for residents. The tower itself comprises 177 luxury rental units, with four to seven units per floor, culminating in three penthouse levels featuring expansive outdoor living terraces.
The building’s exterior is distinguished by a unique 3-dimensional unitized metal EIFS panel system, designed for efficient crane hoisting, which significantly reduces construction time and costs. A floor-to-ceiling unitized glass system creates a striking “glass slice” along the building’s long axis, offering residents optimal downtown views and enhancing the tower’s street presence. Keating Architecture serves as the Design Architect for this project.
