It’s the People Who Make the Place / Jason Cave

As Director of Civic Practice, Mr. Cave is passionate about creating memorable places in the public realm. His 15 years of experience have been solely focused on public work that aims to create spaces to better serve their communities. Jason has extensive experience in leading large complex projects with multiple stakeholders and user groups. He has led a multitude of projects from conceptual design through construction and is focused on maintaining the client’s vision throughout the process.

Most recently, Jason developed a focus on civic work, specifically public safety project types. These projects emphasize civic pride, operational efficiency and security for staff and the public. His leadership on these projects creates an environment of healthy dialogue and collaboration where the best ideas win, ultimately leading to projects that exemplify the ideals of the community they represent.
