More than a decade ago, GFF committed to become a legacy firm which would identify, nurture and develop our next generation of leaders from within. We have broadened our ownership to now include ten shareholder Principals with shared values to direct the practice toward our mission. The Principals achieve a balance between our duties of managing the company along with staying actively involved with our projects. We still draw, design, lead meetings, make presentations and visit the jobsites. Each Principal at GFF brings a particular strength and expertise, either in a building type or a practice area, that helps drive us toward excellence in all we undertake.
