Taylor began her career with GFF in 2007 and has become a critical member of its operational strategy. She quickly established herself as a cultural leader within the firm, planning and executing many of GFF’s internal and public events, always energizing the firm with her truly charismatic personality. She was named Associate in 2020.
In 2018, Taylor was promoted to HR Leader and is responsible for all aspects of human resources management for more than 130 employees and their dependents. She is tasked with recruiting, staffing, classification and compensation, benefits administration, training, and career development.
Taylor also remains an active member for Dash for the Beads, serving on the Board of Directors since it began in 2009 and playing an active role in the organization’s public outreach.
