Bart Wilburn joined GFF with over 18 years of leadership experience in human resources and talent management, primarily in the technology and startup space in Dallas. As Senior HR Leader, Bart plays a pivotal role in creating and implementing strategies that align with GFF’s mission: “Providing Meaningful Opportunities for All.” His work includes developing innovative HR policies, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and driving employee engagement initiatives that support the growth and well-being of GFF’s talented team of architects, interior designers, and planners.
Bart is passionate about the philosophy that “We All Own the Talent” and collaborates closely with the firm’s leadership to ensure alignment between people strategies and business objectives. He believes that identifying and building on individual strengths—rather than weaknesses—not only drives personal growth but also creates high-performing, engaged teams. With a dedication to staying ahead of workforce trends and legislation, Bart serves as a strategic advisor in addressing evolving needs and opportunities.
Bart earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Central Oklahoma. He holds the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as other professional organizations focused on advancing HR leadership and best practices. Dedicated to giving back, Bart actively volunteers in the Dallas community, supporting causes related to animal rescue and mental health.

Life Fellowship Church Unveils Newly Transformed Campus
GFF developed a new comprehensive campus master plan for Life Fellowship Church (LFC) located in McKinney, Texas, which includes renovation and expansion of their current campus to include a 1,200-seat future worship center, a weekday preschool, additional adult classrooms, and an administrative suite on a very compact site.
Protecting Our Feathered Friends
As cities grow and buildings become taller, the need to protect the earth's bird population is becoming more urgent. Thankfully, there are solutions to mitigate the problem, including guidelines for bird friendly glazing selections and building design features.
