Grant Wickard is an Associate with GFF, Inc

Grant started at GFF in 2003 and now has nearly 12 years of experience in the area of retail and shopping center development. His strengths include the planning of medium to large scale mixed use projects, retail power and lifestyle centers, and multi-family residential components of these project types. He has also been involved in the construction of numerous speculative retail buildings throughout the metroplex including ground up construction and building renovation. He strives to insert a degree of personality and excitement into each project during his day-to-day communication with developers, city officials, contractors and leasing brokers.

Grant received his Bachelors of Art in Architecture from Baylor University as part of a cooperative program with Washington University in St. Louis, and later earned his Masters of Architecture from University of Texas at Arlington in 2008. Grant achieved his architectural license in 2010 and is active in the local chapter of the AIA. He was a graduate of the AIA Dallas 2010 Emerging Leaders Program, and served as a Co-chair of the 2011 Emerging Leaders Program. He also participates in ICSC, Emerging Professionals Group of the USGBC North Texas Chapter, and seasonal charities for Children’s Medical Center and Parkland Hospital.
