Phil joined GFF in 2005 and is a graduate of Texas A&M University‐Texarkana with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration. He manages the IT infrastructure at GFF, and provides IT consulting for small businesses. His experience in the IT field started in 1998.
