It’s the People that Make the Place / Alix Rios

Alix Rios joined GFF Interiors in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Texas at Austin (Go Horns!). She is an Associate and the Studio Director for GFF Interiors. Alix has been a Registered Interior Designer in the State of Texas since 2013. During a two year lapse from GFF, she gained additional experience working on an international roll-out of Business Solutions Centers for Dell and a brand new ground-up corporate campus of 11 office buildings and additional amenities for a top Fortune 500 company.

With an eclectic portfolio ranging from build-to-suit corporate interiors and tenant finish-outs, to higher education and retail, she thrives under the challenge of multi-faceted interiors and diverse teams. She will be involved in your project from programming through construction and will implement the design through an integrated team approach, construction document delivery, and organized project leadership. Alix actively engages with her clients from the beginning to uncover the right design solution through a collaborative approach, while understanding the functional needs of it’s occupants. In the end she feels the client should have a space that functions without notice, with a design you can’t help but notice.
