Harvest Lofts

Harvest Lofts located in the heart of the Dallas Farmers Market is a new mixed-use building. This building was part of a master plan redevelopment that will draw in local residents and tourists looking for an experience that is authentically Dallas. The building includes 17,000 SF of retail/ restaurant lease space and 240 residential units in a pedestrian-oriented setting. Harvest Lofts was designed as a place where history intersects with modernity and a desire to live and work downtown is achievable.  The project includes a public parking garage of 300 spaces to help with the need of parking for the Farmers Market.  The residential portion of the project  was financed through a HUD 221(d)4 loan.
