Windsong Ranch Amenity Center

Windsong Ranch is a 2,000 acre multi-use development in Prosper, Texas. The master plan includes retail, multi-family, office, schools and single family residences. Phase 1 is comprised of 270 single family home sites, site infrastructure and the first of four amenities centers. GFF is working with landscape architect TBG Partners to create a facility that reflects the North Texas prairie on which it is built. The facility includes a marketing center, café, fitness center, outdoor eating and entertainment areas, and support spaces for the two swimming pools. Expansive and sheltering roofs protect the glass enclosed interior spaces, as well as the large outdoor gathering spaces. The material palette is comprised of natural stones and woods, and the structure is exposed and cleanly detailed so that it becomes an integral part of the composition.
