West Love Retail

West Love is a horizontally mixed use restaurant/retail and multifamily residential development conceived as an urban infill project near Love Field Airport.The site on Mockingbird Lane has been planned to have urban styled commercial buildings with carefully designed walkable outdoor spaces connecting to the residential zone set further off the busy Mockingbird frontage. The GFF design team has worked closely with the Dallas City Design Studio, a new interactive design review process instituted by the City of Dallas planning staff.
