West Love Apartments

The West Love Apartment project was envisioned to be the heart of the new West Love mixed use development, serving as the cornerstone of a new urban community and providing a great home base for the frequent jet setters who utilize the adjacent Love Field.  Several developers controlled the site through GFF’s 4-years of involvement on the project and each added their unique influence to the planned project. The project includes 358 apartments averaging 851 FT² on a 5.861 acre site with ten 3-story townhomes with self-contained 2-car garages averaging 1,480 FT². Each resident and their guests experience an open and walkable environment, a lively pool courtyard, a relaxing gaming courtyard, large indoor lounges, a double volume fitness center and a top floor open air lounge with views of Downtown Dallas. The project was awarded the Mid-Rise Multifamily Development of the Year by the North Texas Residential Real Estate Awards in 2017.
