VantagePoint Church

GFF created a new building design for VantagePoint Church on approximately 10.4 acres located at 8500 Archibald Avenue in the City of Eastvale, California. Intended to be the first phase executed of a multiple phase master plan, this new 17,000 SF building will serve as a worship facility, which seats 650 people along with associated commons and support spaces. The property affords good access and visibility from Archibald Avenue, a major arterial gateway to the city. Community building is a fundamental premise of the development. VantagePoint intends that each element of the Master Plan “will become a place of uniquely identifiable character, united through a network of trails, gardens, structures, and open spaces that will make the site a unique community asset allowing worship, celebration, community involvement, and the ability to create partnerships inside and outside of church functions”. The proposed Master Plan is based on maximum worship service attendance of 1,000 and an overall attendance of potentially 3,000 to 5,000.

Construction on this first phase is scheduled to be completed in April 2020.
